Üsküdar Capital Danışmanlık AŞ acts as the data controller, within the meaning of Law no. 6698, for the personal data collected through this website.

The controller's registered name, address and contact details are given on the site's Contact page.

Through the contact form we process a name, company, email address, phone number and message. All of it comes from what the person filling in the form chooses to state.

Access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) may be retained for a limited period for system security and service continuity.

Data is processed in order to assess an advisory request, arrange a first conversation and respond to it, on the legitimate interest and formation of a contract grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law.

Where retention and disclosure obligations under capital markets regulation apply, data may also be processed within the framework of that regulation.

Personal data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and email infrastructure providers required to deliver the service; transfers to legally authorised public authorities are reserved.

Data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by the applicable regulation; once that period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it where it is, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to request that the processing be restricted.
